プライバシーポリシー
TXT sampler（以下、「本アプリ」といいます）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、アプリ内で扱うデータを以下の方針で管理します。
1. 収集する情報
現行の本アプリは、開発者サーバーへユーザーの個人情報、利用状況、録音音声、読み込みサンプル、プロジェクトデータを送信しません。
2. 音声データとプロジェクトデータ
ユーザーが録音または読み込んだ音声ファイル、パッド設定、シーケンス、プロジェクトデータは、端末内のアプリ領域に保存されます。これらのデータはユーザーの操作なしに外部へ送信されません。
3. マイクの利用
本アプリは、サンプル録音機能のためにマイクを使用します。マイクから取得した音声は録音機能にのみ使用し、開発者サーバーへ送信しません。
4. 端末内設定
本アプリは、低レイテンシ再生、画面表示、表示モード、SEQUENCEモード時のパッド発音などの設定を端末内に保存します。これらの設定はアプリ内の表示や動作を復元するために使用します。
5. 共有・書き出し
ユーザーがプロジェクトや音声を書き出す場合、共有先や保存先はユーザーが選択します。現行の設定画面には診断ログを書き出す機能はありません。
6. 課金（プレミアムプラン）について
本アプリはプレミアムプランの販売・復元のためにAppleのStoreKitを使用します。購入手続きや決済履歴などの情報はすべてAppleによって管理されます。開発者は、本アプリ内で発生した購入処理におけるレシートの検証等のみを行い、ユーザー個人を特定できる決済情報を収集・保持することはありません。
7. 外部サービス
現行の本アプリは、アカウント作成、広告トラッキング、外部解析SDK、クラウド同期を使用しません。
8. ポリシーの変更
本アプリの機能追加により、データの保存、共有、送信、外部サービス連携の内容が変わる場合は、このプライバシーポリシー、App Storeのプライバシー表示、アプリ内説明を更新します。

Privacy Policy
TXT sampler (the "App") respects user privacy and manages data handled within the App according to the following policy.
1. Information We Collect
The current version of the App does not send users' personal information, usage data, recorded audio, imported samples, or project data to the developer's server.
2. Audio Data and Project Data
Audio files recorded or imported by users, pad settings, sequences, and project data are stored in the App's area on the device. This data is not sent outside the device without user action.
3. Microphone Use
The App uses the microphone for the sample recording feature. Audio obtained from the microphone is used only for recording and is not sent to the developer's server.
4. On-Device Settings
The App stores settings such as low-latency playback, screen display, display mode, and pad playback behavior in SEQUENCE mode on the device. These settings are used to restore the App's display and behavior.
5. Sharing and Export
When users export projects or audio, users choose the sharing or save destination. The current settings screen does not include a feature for exporting diagnostic logs.
6. Purchases (Premium Plan)
The App uses Apple's StoreKit to sell and restore the Premium Plan. Purchase procedures and payment history are managed by Apple. The developer only performs actions such as receipt verification for purchases made within the App and does not collect or retain payment information that can identify individual users.
7. External Services
The current version of the App does not use account creation, advertising tracking, external analytics SDKs, or cloud sync.
8. Changes to This Policy
If future App features change how data is stored, shared, sent, or connected to external services, this Privacy Policy, the App Store privacy information, and in-app explanations will be updated.
