Setlis（以下、「本アプリ」といいます）は、ユーザーの個人情報について以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、端末内で完結するローカルデータベース（SwiftData等）を使用してデータを保存します。開発者は、ユーザーが本アプリに入力したライブ、バンド、楽曲、会場、予約者名、連絡先、メモ、フライヤー画像、譜面リンク、再生リンク（YouTube、Spotify、Apple Music等）、アプリ設定などの情報を、開発者が管理する外部サーバーへ送信・収集しません。

2. 利用目的

本アプリ内で入力された情報は、ライブ管理、セットリスト管理、予約管理、会場管理、メトロノーム設定、通知、バックアップ、告知文作成、ファイル書き出しなど、本アプリの機能を提供するために利用されます。

3. 第三者提供

開発者は、ユーザーの同意を得ることなく、本アプリ内の個人情報を第三者に提供しません。ただし、ユーザーが外部サービスを開く、共有シートで共有先を選ぶ、ファイルを書き出す、アプリ内課金を行うなど、ユーザー自身の操作により外部サービスへ情報が渡る場合があります。また、法令に基づく場合など、正当な理由がある場合を除きます。

4. 外部サービスの利用

本アプリでは、ユーザーの操作に応じて以下の外部サービスを利用する場合があります。これらのサービスに送信される情報、IPアドレス、端末情報、利用状況等の取り扱いについては、各提供元のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

• 楽曲・アーティスト検索候補: 楽曲名やアーティスト名の入力補助のため、入力された検索語をAppleのiTunes Search APIへ送信し、候補情報を取得する場合があります。
• 地図・位置情報サービス: 会場名や地図検索語を入力・選択した場合、その検索語がApple MapsまたはGoogle Mapsで処理される場合があります。本アプリは端末の現在地を取得しません。
• カレンダーサービス: Google Calendarに予定を追加するリンクを開く場合、ライブ名、日時、会場名、メモ等がURLに含まれる場合があります。
• 共有・SNSサービス: 告知文、フライヤー、セトリ、予約一覧、ステージ図、PDF、JPG、CSV、JSON等を共有する場合、ユーザーが選択した共有先に内容が渡ります。「Xでポスト」を選択した場合は、告知文を含む投稿作成URLを開き、告知文をクリップボードへコピーする場合があります。
• フォトライブラリ: フライヤー画像を選択するために、iOSの写真選択機能を使用します。選択されていない写真全体へ本アプリがアクセスすることはありません。
• 通知: ライブ予定のリマインダーのため、iOSのローカル通知機能を使用します。通知内容は端末内で作成されます。
• アプリ内課金 (StoreKit): プレミアムプランの決済処理のため、Apple Inc.が提供するStoreKitを使用します。決済処理はApple社によって安全に行われ、開発者がユーザーのクレジットカード情報等を直接取得・保持することはありません。

5. エクスポート・共有

簡易バックアップ（JSON）、Excel互換CSV、PDF、JPG、画像、クリップボード、共有シート、X投稿URLで書き出したデータには、ライブ名、会場名、予約者名、連絡先、メモ、フライヤー、譜面リンク、再生リンクなどの情報が含まれる場合があります。再生リンクを開く場合、リンク先のYouTube、Spotify、Apple Music等の外部サービス側でURLや利用状況が処理される場合があります。書き出したファイル、共有先に保存されたコピー、クリップボードへコピーした内容は、ユーザー自身で管理してください。簡易バックアップの取り込み対象はJSON形式のテキストデータです。

6. データの保存期間と削除

本アプリ内のデータは、ユーザーがアプリ内で削除する、全データ削除機能を実行する、または本アプリを端末から削除するまで端末内に保存されます。ユーザーが外部へ書き出したファイルや共有先に保存されたデータは、本アプリから削除しても外部の保存先からは削除されません。

7. 免責事項

本アプリの利用により生じたトラブルや損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負いかねますのであらかじめご了承ください。

8. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本ポリシーの内容は、法令その他本ポリシーに別段の定めのある事項を除いて、ユーザーに通知することなく変更することができるものとします。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ウェブサイトに掲載したときから効力を生じるものとします。

本ポリシーに関するお問い合わせは、App Storeのサポートリンクまたは開発者までお願いいたします。

Privacy Policy

Setlis (the "App") establishes this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") regarding user personal information as follows.

1. Information Collected

The App stores data using a local on-device database, such as SwiftData. The developer does not transmit to or collect on developer-managed external servers information entered into the App, including live events, bands, songs, venues, reservation names, contact details, notes, flyer images, score links, playback links such as YouTube, Spotify, or Apple Music, or app settings.

2. Purpose of Use

Information entered in the App is used to provide App features, including live event management, setlist management, reservation management, venue management, metronome settings, notifications, backups, announcement text creation, and file export.

3. Third-Party Disclosure

The developer does not provide personal information stored in the App to third parties without user consent, except where required by law or other valid grounds apply. However, information may be passed to external services through the user's own actions, such as opening an external service, choosing a share destination, exporting files, or making an in-app purchase.

4. Use of External Services

The App may use the following external services based on user actions. Please refer to each provider's privacy policy for how they handle submitted information, IP addresses, device information, usage information, and related data.

• Song and artist search suggestions: Search terms entered by the user may be sent to Apple's iTunes Search API to retrieve suggestion information.
• Maps and location-related services: Venue names or map search terms entered or selected by the user may be processed by Apple Maps or Google Maps. The App does not access the device's current location.
• Calendar services: When opening a link to add an event to Google Calendar, the URL may include the live event name, date and time, venue name, notes, and related information.
• Sharing and social services: When sharing announcement text, flyers, setlists, reservation lists, stage plots, PDFs, JPGs, CSVs, JSON files, or other content, the content is passed to the destination selected by the user. When selecting "Post to X", the App may open a post creation URL containing the announcement text and copy the announcement text to the clipboard.
• Photo Library: The App uses the iOS photo picker to allow the user to select flyer images. The App does not access photos that the user has not selected.
• Notifications: The App uses iOS local notifications for live event reminders. Notification content is created on the device.
• In-App Purchases (StoreKit): The App uses StoreKit provided by Apple Inc. to process Premium purchases. Payment processing is handled securely by Apple, and the developer does not directly obtain or store users' credit card information.

5. Export and Sharing

Data exported through simple backups (JSON), Excel-compatible CSV, PDF, JPG, images, the clipboard, share sheets, or X post URLs may include information such as live event names, venue names, reservation names, contact details, notes, flyers, score links, and playback links. Opening playback links may cause external services such as YouTube, Spotify, or Apple Music to process the URL or usage information. Users are responsible for managing exported files, copies stored by sharing destinations, and content copied to the clipboard. Simple backup import supports text data in JSON format.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Data in the App remains stored on the device until the user deletes it in the App, uses the delete-all-data feature, or removes the App from the device. Files exported outside the App and data stored by sharing destinations are not deleted from those external locations when data is deleted from the App.

7. Disclaimer

The developer is not responsible for any trouble or damages arising from use of the App.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The developer may change this Policy without notifying users, except where otherwise provided by law or this Policy. The revised Privacy Policy becomes effective when posted on this website.
